How is deal-specific negotiation consulting priced?

There are two ways we typically price deal-specific consulting engagements:  flat fee (based on scope), or success fee (based on measurable outcome).  Each negotiation is unique and we can work with you to determine the best option based on the situation.

Can you be "in the room" with us during the negotiation?

The quick answer is yes, though it is entirely up to you.  We can assist with planning and execution, and/or be on call throughout a negotiation to provide assistance.

Are your services on-site or virtual?

Both.  We can meet onsite or via Zoom/Teams.  If training is conducted virtually, we still have the ability to create interactive sessions with live practice and coaching.
